THE IDEA

The idea behind the Art (PlyArt) is similar to painting which is a 2D form of Art, but the difference between the two can be found in the medium; in painting we use paint as the medium while in PlyArt; the medium is Plywood.

THE NAME

The name PlyArt was supposed to have been derived from the word PLYWOOD and ARTWORK, this name was actually given by the author of this Website; Ben Onuorah, a PlyArtist and Fine Artist who have worked using the medium for over 10 years, and have come out to let the world know, there is more to plywood than furniture.
